I'm Joshua

I'm Joshua, photographer and big people person. My practice focuses on documenting humans, their emotion, and the spaces they occupy.

My love of making images stemmed from growing up in Turkey with it's people and depth of culture, giving me a keen eye for how we connect as humans. Street photography and the GOAT photographers like Joel Meyerowitz, Henri Cartier-Bresson & Joe Greer (check them out!) showed me the importance of a still image, the beauty of capturing moments, and its expressive power. This is what I'm driven to when taking images, be it in my personal documentary work, when I'm honoured to capture a wedding, and at various events.

I currently call London home, but take every opportunity to venture into the UK countryside and abroad.
